Module 2: Stakeholder Assessment

This academic presentation covers our stakeholder assessment and change recommendation. We analyzed the stakeholder interview data and provided a comprehensive stakeholder assessment for implementing SharePoint within our fictitious space agency, Stellar Dynamics Group. We also developed a creative change recommendation that addresses identified challenges and maximizes opportunities.
